PATIENT PAYMENTS

Radiology Associates of Ocala collects any co-payments, un-met deductibles, and co-insurance amounts at the time of service. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call or contact our office at (352) 671-4300. Please note that insurance amounts collected are an estimate; your total financial obligation will be determined by your insurance company and will appear on the explanation of benefits. If your estimated amount is less, we will bill you the difference. If your estimated amount is more, we will refund you the difference.

Imaging records are available through this easy to use service. Instead of picking up a CD, you can access your records from the comfort of your home.

How Clearpath benefits you

·         Your imaging records are stored and are accessible to you at any time, from any device.

·         You can instantly share these records with any doctor or family member.

How to get Clearpath

1.      Simply Create an Account at https://patient.myclearpath.com/login

2.      You will be asked to enter your First and Last Name, Date of Birth, E-mail and Time zone.

3.      Once you create an account you will get a temporary password sent to your e-mail.

4.      Use the temporary password and your email address to log in.

5.      Request your records.

How to request records

1.      Once logged into Clearpath, select the Request Record Tab.

2.      Select the Request Record Tab.

3.      To request a record, select the Request Record button on the bottom right corner.

4.      Select Record Custodian (Facility Location)

*If you do not see the facility name listed, please reach out to help@myclearpath.com

5.      Select which Records to Request, Body Part, and Date Range.

6. Agree to the terms and conditions and submit.

*Once submitted, our facility will review and process. Once request is processed, if approved, you will see your images under the My Records Tab.
